Some Satanic inspired movie poster art

I'm still pretty much stumped on your last movie poster art post, but these, I know: Blood Orgy of the She-Devils, The Devil Rides Out/The Devil's Bride, and The Dunwich Horror!

You are correct sir, pick anything from the top shelf! At least someone out there appreciates the time I waste doing poor jobs of isolating just the art off these posters.

I love this shit. Out of context, it's easier to appreciate the work and imagination that goes into this stuff. Otherwise, anyone can kind of overlook it as all part of "advertising" or "ballyhoo" or whatever, and that just devalues what these artists are doing. Especially on that previous movie post, those images are all like some gallery-worthy Pop-Art paintings. (I did recognize Q: The Winged Serpent, though, so I kinda felt like I accomplished *something* there.)

This just reminded me -- after Splatter, I brought in the shirts I'd gotten, and Jenn was looking at the Vince/Red Death hoodie and was going on about how brilliant that image is, with his face being composed of all these smaller images of horror and depravity and whatnot, and it's because she didn't have the rest of the poster to put it in context and distract from how great that art is.
